Payment Terms

• We accept prepaid payments only. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

Processing and Shipping Time

• As our products are handmade and often made to order, it takes 7-8 business days to process and ship your order.
• Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or national holidays.
• Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2-7 business days, depending on your location. All orders are dispatched from Jaipur.

Delivery Delays

• Please note that any delays caused by the shipping partner are beyond our control, as we use a third-party service provider. However, our team will do everything possible to assist in tracking and expediting delayed parcels.

Address Accuracy

• Kindly double-check the shipping address and contact details provided at checkout to avoid issues.
• If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will need to bear a ₹150 shipping charge to cover the to-and-fro cost of reshipping the order.
