To process a damage claim, we require:

Unboxing Video: Please record a clear unboxing video of the parcel as you open it. This video serves as crucial evidence in case of damage during transit.

If the claim is approved, we will issue store credits for the value of your order. Please note that a shipping charge of ₹100 will be deducted from the store credit amount to account for the shipping costs incurred.
